About Me

For me, writing is a telescope I use to clearly understand the world, a microphone I use to amplify my values, and a hand that I extend to others, hoping they extend theirs to reach back. My primary goal as a writer is to help speak my truth and help others speak theirs, and through pencil, paper, and Google Docs, I strive to do just that.

In this portfolio, you can explore my journalism work, spanning from news articles to column pieces. I have written primarily for The Scot Scoop and The Daily Californian, but I have also created a considerable amount of content at summer programs and for leisure as well. 

 

When I'm not writing, you can find me dancing on my school's dance team, reading a mock trial case, or taking a good nap.
